I am the owner of Kore Bootcamps & Kore Barre & Yoga. Both located in downtown Bel Air. I’m also a Health Coach & Personal Trainer with over 20 clients. I’m married to my husband Matt Backert who helps me a lot with the business. I have two children Gabrielle,18 and Gavin,16. I have owned Bootcamps By Kelly LLC in Harford county for over 17 years. I enjoy working with people and helping them to develop the tools to live a healthy and great life! Helping people understand their relationship with themselves, food, and exercise is what I feel called to do. I believe that the scale is not an accurate measure of someone’s self-worth. Life is not about living some controlled and perfect way. It’s about progress and showing up fully for the things that are important to us. As a Health & Life coach and personal trainer I specialize in lifestyle change, living a better and healthier life and helping people to change their relationships with food.
