I have been a resident of Harford County since 1999. I grew up in Baltimore City right up the street from the old Memorial Stadium. I have loved being a resident of the county since getting here, which surprised me because I never thought I would leave the city. I have a passion for our dogs, camping, sports, friendship, fellowship, and faith. I have been blessed all along the way of my life, even when I didn’t realize it. I am 55 years old and still excited about what’s waiting around the corner for me. I constantly strive to deepen my relationships and my connections with people.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My family consists of my wife and I, a 30 year old daughter who lives in Portland, Oregon, and my mother and in laws. We all get together as able and value the time we are able to spend together.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I’ve spent my adult life in territory sales of various industrial equipment from forklifts, to racking, to conveyor systems, to robotic cameras, to temperature monitoring systems for managing sewer rehabilitation projects, to finally agreeing to join my wife as her salesman for her commercial janitorial company in 2017. Last year, we had a chance to finance the sale of our company to a person that came to this country from Guatemala legally and has since earned his citizenship. It’s really amazing to watch someone’s American dream come to fruition. Through happenstance, we ended up renting the old Amrein Foods building and opening a Cash & Carry food store. It seemed like the thing to do at the time. What I am enjoying most is developing relationships with members of the community. We are told constantly that what we do makes a difference and that our customer service is second to none. It feels really great because that is our goal… to provide the best customer service and experiences when they come through our door.
