My happiness thrives on the bonds of family, the warmth of friendship, the joy of good food, and the companionship of furry friends. I find my bliss in the great outdoors, whether basking in the sunshine or paddling in my kayak.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I am the owner and chief clinician of a thriving private therapeutic practice dedicated to easing clients’ unresolved pain. Employing a comprehensive holistic approach, I delve deeply to uncover the root causes of my clients’ discomfort, tailoring a diverse range of therapeutic interventions to meet each individual’s specific needs. My expertise lies in fascia manipulation, structural integration, postural realignment, functional corrective exercises, nutrition, stretching, and movement reeducation, all aimed at restoring my clients to the vibrant lives they enjoyed before pain hindered them. The opportunity to play a role in alleviating my clients’ suffering is immensely gratifying to me, and I am profoundly thankful for the trust they place in me regarding their health. Looking ahead, I intend to continue my therapeutic practice while also pursuing my passion for educating manual and movement therapists on the intricate role of fascia, the body’s remarkable connective tissue, in fostering overall health and wellness.
