My name is Joe Ayler. I’m the president of Tar Heel Construction Group. I was born in Indianapolis, IN and raised in Harford County, MD. I’m a 97′ graduate of C. Milton Wright High School and a 02′ graduate of Salisbury University. I’ve been happily married to my best friend Julie Ayler for over 10 yrs and we have two beautiful children Blake (10) & Isabelle (8). We currently reside in Darlington. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with my family, golfing and shooting pool. Building a successful business that focuses on making a positive impact within the communities we serve has been one of my greatest accomplishments. We look forward to influencing future community leaders to be strong and faithful servants of the Bel Air and Harford County communities.
