Ann M. Davidson is a seasoned and passionate Title Industry Professional with over two decades of extensive hands-on expertise. Currently based in Bel Air, Maryland, she serves as a Settlement Officer & Marketing Representative for Certified Title Corporation. Her primary specialties include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
Throughout her multifaceted career, Ann has received extensive acclaim for her continual success in the industry, including the President’s Award in 2005 and Affiliate of the Year in 2006 & 2014.
In addition, Ann holds longtime membership at a number of esteemed organizations, such as the Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network, Harford County Association of REALTORS and Women’s Council of REALTORS. Furthermore, she obtained a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.
When she isn’t immersed in her vocation, Ann M. Davidson loves spending quality time with her family and friends who are like family. She especially enjoys going on boating adventures with her wonderful husband and their best friend in chocolate lab form, Zoey.

My husband Chris and 3 stepsons Jordan, Taylor and Caleb along with Jordan’s wonderful wife Megan.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My career started over 20 years ago and I love helping people close on their dream home!
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
The Local, Barretts on the Pike and Mucho Gusto.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I’ve lived in Harford County for over 25 years and worked in the industry for 20 plus years.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
There are too many to name just one.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Follow your heart and dream big!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Harford County has many small businesses and I love to see them supporting each other.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Here in Harford County doing what I love and living life to the fullest.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I enjoy shooting sporting clays, skeet, and trap.

My husband, Chris.
