Hi there, I’m Linda Wunner. I have been a Harford Countian all my life and I love my community and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I am a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and Christian. I feel my purpose is to serve others and I try to do that each and every day. Life is busy and Wunnerful and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I married my high school sweetheart, John, and we have been married for almost 37 years. We have two children and one granddaughter. I have always been a farm girl and enjoy caring for the beef cattle and chickens and our goldendoodle. A past hobby was riding and showing horses, which my daughter and I enjoyed doing together. I love cooking, baking, canning, and doing things outdoors. I am very involved with my church and have a great church family, too.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I am an experienced Realtor who loves helping people buy and sell homes so that they can reach the next chapter of their life whatever that may be – first home, expanding and needing more space, downsizing and simplifying life, condo living or investing in real estate. I am licensed in Maryland and work mostly in Baltimore, Cecil and Harford County. I am dedicated, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and work with clients one-on-one through the entire process. My goal as I work with clients is to get them where they want to be all while making their experience stress-free and Wunnerful and that is what I love to do.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Bagel Works for breakfast as they have the best bagels; Panera for lunch for their soup and salads, and Liberatores for dinner with veal parmesan being one of my favorites.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in Harford County all my life. I worked in the legal field for over 22 years and then transitioned my career and became a Realtor. I love working with people and helping them navigate the buying and selling process so they can achieve their dreams and move to the next chapter of their life. I believe my job on earth is to serve and being a Realtor is just another avenue that provides me an opportunity to do that.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
This is a really hard question for me because I have meet so many Wunnerful people in the community that I can’t narrow it down to just one.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Walk. Ride. Rodeo. is a recent movie that has become a favorite of mine. It is based on a true story and shows that with determination, courage and faith anything is possible.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Live by faith, be a voice of hope to someone every day, and most of all be known for love.

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
I am sad to see Harford Mall become a ghost town. I have many good memories hanging out with friends, shopping with family, and even visiting folks who worked at stores in the Mall.

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
This is easy because I have already done this. Carol Ristau and I had lunch at Tea By Two one afternoon. She is a delightful lady full of wisdom and knowledge.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Main Street in Bel Air still has the same feeling that it did when I was growing up with all the local boutiques and shops and I love that it hasn’t changed.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Since I love what I do, I see myself still being a Realtor and helping others buy and sell homes to achieve their dreams.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I taught myself how to do handbell solos, did my first solo in 2013 and have been doing them ever since. I perform during church services and at funerals. I love sharing the gift of music with others.

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
Relaxing on the front porch when it is raining while listening to a good audio book.

Q: What community service or volunteer work do you participate in for your local community?
I participate in all church activities such as the Spring & Fall Bazaars, collection of shoeboxes for Operational Christmas Child, serve luncheons at funerals, and organize and do Christmas Caroling to shut-ins.

Q: Finally, what 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
Family, Farm & Love
